We have a new operations opportunity with a growing asset manager – the firm was founded five years and its AUM is growing. The firm’s main focus is equities but both founders have strong credit backgrounds and they’re planning growth into new areas.

They’re looking to hire an operations professional who can grow with the organisation. You will run operations on a daily basis covering the full trade life cycle. You will also manage an operations analyst.

The vision is for this hire to grow into a COO role in time (3-5 years perhaps). The salary will very much depend on experience and the firm will consider candidates at a variety of levels (basic salary ranging from £50k-£80k). Equities experience from an operations role on the buy-side is a prerequisite.
