We’re working on two new in-house paralegal opportunities – one with a $5 billion credit hedge fund and the other with a global real estate investment manager.

Both roles will span fund marketing; fund formation and investor negotiations; team support (ownership of docs, project work, negotiating contracts, CoSec work, AML/KYC and reporting.

Both firms will consider candidates from an in-house or practice environment with ideally strong funds or investment management experience. Salary will depend on experience but likely to be £40k-£60k.
