Austin Andrew are currently recruiting for a Senior Audit Manager to join one of the fastest growing challenger banks in the UK. The bank has gone from strength to strength in recent times and has weathered the COVID storm very well.

This role will report directly into the Chief Internal Auditor and will have unrivalled exposure to senior stakeholders whilst also being a truly hands on audit role. You will be the go-to person in the firm for auditing prudential risks, processes and controls.

This is a unique role with the opportunity for development to Director level in the not too distant future. Previous experience in an Audit role at a retail bank is essential and exposure to prudential risks and regulations also vital. The role can be based in either London or the West Midlands with flexible working also a part of the culture of the firm, even when normality resumes. The salary on offer is up to £100k with excellent benefits.
