We are exclusively recruiting for a pivotal Risk and Compliance Manager role at a highly successful European alternative asset manager

 

The position will report into the Head of Risk and Compliance , and will support the funds businesses

 

A full specification is available however the key responsibilities will include assisting with risk and compliance projects , updating PRIIPS KIDs and EMTs , updating AIFMD investor disclosures , quarterly risk reporting for the respective funds , and reviewing the risk assessments

 

Whilst this is predominantly a risk position the team works collaboratively across risk and compliance so prior experience/interest in the latter would be advantageous. Knowledge of AIFMD frameworks would be helpful too

 

The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced buy-side Risk professional who would enjoy working in a collegiate firm – this role is very divers so will afford an excellent overview of all aspects of risk management and corporate governance more generally
