A newly created Senior Operations Manager opportunity within the Chief Operating Office of a global real estate investment manager. Working alongside the Operations Director you will  provide strategic guidance to a number of teams internally whilst project managing a variety of key projects.

The focus of the role is provide operational support to the investment business, implementing strategic initiatives and making process improvements. It will cover; governance, onboarding, investment operations, third party oversight and strategic guidance to a number of teams internally.

They require strong experience from a buy-side/asset management environment in an operations, business management or finance role. Real estate experience would be very useful but is by no means a pre-requisite. Salary to £95k plus bonus, pension and other benefits.
