We’re working on a newly created Tax & Treasury Manager opportunity with a small but growing Private Equity firm in the renewable energy space. The firm is an FCA regulated PE firm which acts as AIFM and commercial manager to a publicly listed vehicle. They have seen strong inflows this year and they have increased their headcount in all departments over the last six months.

This is a new hire and you will have the opportunity to develop a forward-looking finance function including a strategic plan with respect to tax, treasury, and liquidity risks at the fund.

Responsibilities will include;

  • developing structures for understanding and evaluating Fund working capital, cashflow and liquidity positions
  • ensure that controls and systems are sufficient to manage rapid Fund growth
  • developing models for financial climate scenarios and market trends to assist management in creating strategic plans

The ideal candidate will have experience strong treasury and corporate tax experience from either an accounting firm or an industry setting. We require experience working with a listed fund. Previous experience from private equity/infrastructure/renewables would be an advantage.
