You will be working in the exciting, high-speed, and dynamic environment of global financial markets with colleagues from across the world

Workplace: Onsite (Please note this is not a Hybrid role)


  • Provide customers with a world class service experience
  • Interact with customers on topics ranging from product information, platform queries and trading support
  • Provide support via multiple service channels - email, phone and live chat
  • Create tailored customer solutions by utilizing internal tools & product materials
  • Proactively communicate with other support functions and company divisions to resolve queries timeously
  • Assist with checking onboarding documents submitted by clients.
  • Recording and escalation of client complaints and assist with their investigation and resolution.

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with majors in Finance or Economics preferred
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Complete fluency in English including speaking, writing and typing
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • Willing to work in shifts (to share coverage for 07.00-21.30)
