This position will sit within the broader risk and compliance function , with a specific remit to lead an experienced and skilled compliance team

A full specification is available from Fergus Hooley however key responsibilities will include :

Key Responsibilties 

  • Providing compliance advice to the business
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and implementing ensuing change
  • Identifying risks 
  • Oversee all central compliance activities
  • Lead and develop the compliance team
  • Oversee the provision of compliance training
It is anticpated that this role will assume the SM16/17 function in 2024 

 Qualifications

You will have at least eight years senior level compliance advisory experience this must be from the investment management space
