A growing hedge fund would like to hire an Operations Manager to run the operations for their new credit fund which is just about to launch. The firm is at the start of their journey and there is a real opportunity for growth and development in this role.

You will manage a number of external relationships as well as managing collateral, capital calls, waterfall analysis, counterparty arrangements, securities lending, corporate actions and reconciliations and settlements. You will support the traders with their trading activity. A key part of the role will be process improvement and delivery efficiencies across the function.

The ideal background is someone from an operations or fund accounting environment with exposure to private structures and/or private markets. Salary negotiable and will be dependent on experience.
