Workplace: Onsite (Please note this is not a Hybrid role)
The role will initially be focused on the customer services desk
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a world class service experience
- Interact with customers on topics ranging from product information, platform queries and trading support
- Provide support via multiple service channels - email, phone and live chat
- Create tailored customer solutions by utilizing internal tools & product materials
- Proactively communicate with other support functions and company divisions to resolve queries timeously
- Assist with checking onboarding documents submitted by clients.
- Recording and escalation of client complaints and assist with their investigation and resolution.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree, with majors in Finance or Economics preferred
- Complete fluency in English and Mandarin (essential) including speaking, writing and typing
- Strong numerical skills
- Customer services experience preferably within financial services
- Willing to work in shifts (to SHARE coverage for 07.00-22.00 with two others)
