James specialises in Compliance and has expertise in sourcing a high calibre of candidates for clients. His particular focus is on the Banking, Brokerage, Payments and FinTech sectors. James has a wide candidate and client network within these industries which allowes him to provide a high standard and bespoke recruitment service to both clients and candidates.

James was responsible for building out the Payments and FinTech Compliance desk at Austin Andrew whilst maintaining a high level of service to his banking clients. He is able to provide a detailed analysis of the marketplace on request and has a strong knowledge of the industry as a whole.

Hobbies and interests include: Sport (Rugby, Cricket and Tennis) and Cooking.
