A specialist Financial Services company has an urgent requirement for a Communications leader to join them as Head of Internal Communications & Engagement. It will be an initial 4-6 month contract with the potential to go permanent and will require travel between London and Surrey offices. The successful candidate will be available from September. Salary c. £90K basic.

Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement function as well as some responsibility for CSR activity.
- Providing communications to support the integration of two organisations and properly embed the employee value proposition at all levels of the organisation.
- Leadership communications for CEO and senior executives.
- Line management of 3 internal communications professionals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Internal Communications & Employee Engagement activities for medium to large businesses, adept at communication strategy and delivery.
- Change Management and culture change experience would be highly beneficial as well as managing internal communications post-merger.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and generate buy-in for new initiatives.
