Job Description

A global consultancy specialising in People & Organisational Change is looking for a senior HR Analytics professional to join their team as a Managing Consultant. Based in London, the role will pay up to £100K basic plus car allowance and bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and delivery of HR analytics initiatives for high-profile clients across a range of industries in both the public and private sector.
- Data analysis and design of workforce planning approaches for clients and report writing.
- Ensuring a high standard of delivery with significant client as well as commercial impact.
- Business development activity: proposal writing, leading client sales to deliver workforce solutions, presenting in pitch meetings.

Requirements:
- In depth experience and working knowledge of the latest workforce analytics tools and developments in HR big data.
- Will have previously sold and delivered HR related technology products and services to clients.
- Commercially minded and an awareness of how to draw upon the full range of products and services available in order to provide the best solutions to clients' issues.
- Consultative approach: credible in front of clients, ability to coach and facilitate change, comfortable with ambiguity.
