A prestigious PR & Communications agency is looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement professional to join their London based team. The role is paying up to £55K plus benefits and bonus.

Reporting to the Head of Change & Engagement, this is an exciting opportunity to join a small but high performing team and contribute to the growth and development of the specialist practice. It would be an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a flat structure and wants to get involved in strategic elements of campaigns as well as delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with high profile clients, providing direction on managing their employee communications to drive organisational change. Client industries are extremely varied and include Construction, Biotech, Hotel & Leisure, Luxury and Retail brands, Financial Services and Sustainability to name a few.
- Support blended teams to create innovative, integrated campaigns for clients.
- Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements:
- Previous agency experience or similar client facing environment
- Track record in the design and delivery of strategic internal communications and engagement programmes in the context of change. A specific interest/experience in cultural / behavioural change, organisation design or HR change is desirable.
- Creative thinker with a problem solving mentality and high attention to detail.
- Can confidently juggle multiple projects concurrently and is comfortable with ambiguity.
