A London-based property group have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join their team. Salary is competitive with bonus and benefits on top.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you would be part of a matrix team responsible for leading on internal and change communications activities.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning, design and delivery of internal and change communications workstreams, ensuring employees are kept up to date and to achieve employee engagement.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the business, providing advice on internal communications
- Deliver high quality, creative campaigns with in-house and external suppliers both online and offline using a range of tools and techniques
- Plan and manage employee events

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the planning and delivering of internal communications across a range of channels within a large matrix organisation
- Strong project management skills and experience of communicating business-wide change and transformation
- Will be an excellent copywriter with high attention to detail.
- Event management experience would be beneficial
- Social media/intranet/website content management
