An investment manager with a focus on real estate has created a new in-house legal counsel opportunity in their London office. The firm is well established and has a focus on real estate, energy and infrastructure and fintech investments.

This is a typically broad in-house role for a small investment manager and will cover a varied remit; transactional work, contracts, CoSec, FATCA, CRS, compliance - all in multiple jurisdictions. They would ideally like someone with real estate experience as most of their work is in real estate (circa 60%).

They're happy to offer flexible working (one or days from home) or a part-time option if the candidate desired. The ideal candidate will have in-house experience from a buy-side/real estate environment. CoSec experience is also highly desirable. Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.
