Due to continued success, an international Management Consultancy has an excellent opportunity for experienced Change Management Consultants to join their London based team.

Working as part of a thriving and growing People & Change team, you will be responsible for helping high profile clients navigate complex change, whether that be through people, process or technology.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead on client projects, managing the delivery of multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Manage consultant and client teams effectively, as well as formally mentoring Consultants and Senior Consultants, ensuring they get the development opportunities they desire / need to progress.

Requirements:
- Educated to at least Bachelor's level or equivalent
- Previous experience of leading change management projects at a reputable management consultancy. This is crucial in order to effectively and autonomously lead project teams, cost up client projects and contribute to business development activities
- Deep expertise in two or more of the following; change management, organisation design and operating models, change communications, HR change
- Passionate about solving complex business problems with a desire to think creatively and develop innovative client solutions.
