A highly-regarded employee owned advisory firm is looking for a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and experienced Organisational Change Consultant to join their London based team. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, with excellent benefits and bonus.

As a key member of the senior leadership team in a multi-disciplinary consulting practice, you would be responsible for leading a growing team of around 20 business psychologists and organisational change specialists.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading the analysis, design, delivery and review of large scale organisational change projects as a Project Director
- Creating innovative client solutions based on psychological insights
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, actively pursuing new business opportunities, winning significant work
- Playing a key role as a member of the senior leadership team
- Acting as role model in the application of occupational psychology within the team and spearheading it's growth

Requirements:

- Must be a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with excellent academic background
- Previous experience as a management consultant, leading client and consulting teams on large transformation programmes
- Proven track record of successfully supporting organisations through complex behavioural and organisational change
- Will ideally have experience developing service propositions and leading a change or business psychology community of practice
- Will lead by example, have high emotional intelligence and enjoy working in a collaborative, creative and innovative environment
