A multi-award-winning boutique consultancy specialising in organisational change, has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Consultant to join their London based team. They are looking for an experienced Change & OD consultant with industry experience specifically within Oil & Gas. The role is paying up to around £85,000 basic plus excellent benefits and bonus.

It is an excellent opportunity to join an incredibly talented, close-knit team of consultants who come from a variety of backgrounds and lead projects with clients across multiple sectors - although there will be a slight focus on building relationships within Oil & Gas. Other sectors include: Retail, Consumer Goods, Media and Technology, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Charity and Public Sector.

Responsibilities:

- Working collaboratively with client leaders to design and deliver solutions along with consulting colleagues.
- Provide sector insight and expertise when it comes to creating proposals and recommendations for clients within Oil & Gas.
- Lead small teams of consultants on client projects, ensuring the highest standard of client delivery as well as taking into consideration the specific skills and development needs of team members.
- Contribute proactively to the running and management of the business from an internal perspective. Activities might include service development, mentoring junior colleagues, line management responsibilities, or helping organise company/charity events.

Requirements:

- A proven track record of project and team leadership on large scale change projects, focused on organisational development / design and change management activities.
- Previous experience within a management consultancy, working with Oil & Gas clients is highly desirable. Otherwise will have in-house consulting experience at an Oil & Gas firm.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills.
- Ability to communicate with impact - particularly at executive leadership level.
- Strong academic background, post-graduate level desirable.
