There is an exciting newly created opportunity at a leading Middle Eastern Bank for a Project & Portfolio Manager to join their London based team on a salary of up to £75,000.

Reporting to the COO, the role will be responsible for setting up and managing the bank's project and program governance framework and a portfolio of cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement projects plans and lead the execution of projects
- Provide clear and timely communications throughout project life cycle including regular reporting on status
- Identify key decisions, and risks and ensure quick resolution of any issues
- Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve project management and project governance framework and tools to ensure successful project delivery to a high quality


- Minimum bachelor degree level educated, ideally holding a project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2, PPQ)
- Significant project management experience within financial services, with knowledge of consumer banking products and operations being highly desirable
- Proven track record of end-to-end project management to a high quality, on time and within budget
- Stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Excellent relationship building skills in order to gain buy-in for change and to create a delivery-focused environment
