I am currently working with an international boutique consultancy that have an exciting opportunity for an organisational change professional to join their London based team.

You'd be joining a high-performing, close-knit team of specialist consultants in an entrepreneurial, creative and collaborative environment. As a Senior Consultant, you'd be responsible for the end-to-end management of client projects, leading small teams.

Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the project lifecyle including developing proposals, leading pitch meetings, producing deliverables and facilitating brainstorming sessions and client workshops.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, coaching them on how to effectively lead during change and transformation
- Contribute to the development and growth of the practice internally by contributing to thought leadership activities as well as providing support and mentorship to more junior team members.

Requirements:
- Educated to degree level, preferably in a business or psychology related subject or MBA
- Specialist skills and a proven track record in two or more of the following: organisational change, culture / behavioural change, leadership & talent development, employee engagement, internal communications.
- Strong project management skills
- Must be comfortable with traveling internationally where required.
