A successful, fast growing financial services firm is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Kent based team (near Gillingham). Paying up to £34K plus bonus and comprehensive benefits, the job holder has overall responsibility for ensuring recruitment requirements across the business are filled with the highest quality candidates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the business providing advice on best practice across the talent acquisition lifecycle
- Providing support on implementing employer branding strategies to raise company profile in the market and social media strategies including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter etc. to attract the best talent
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to better understand resourcing requirements
- Manage end to end recruitment process including writing/publishing job specifications, engaging with external agencies, assisting with interviews through to offer management, pre-employment screening and assisting hiring managers with on-boarding processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience in end to end recruitment for management level and specialist positions
- Previous experience partnering directly with hiring managers to come up with innovative recruitment strategies for difficult to fill positions.
- Experience conducting robust Competency Based Interviews
- Knowledge of generalist employment law is essential
- Knowledge of an in-house recruitment management system is desirable as well as previous recruitment experience in financial services.
