A prestigious global consultancy specialising in Leadership & Talent Assessment, has an opportunity for experienced Consultants to join their London based team. The role will is paying between £55,000 and £90,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.

Successful candidates will be responsible for working with top-tier corporate clients at executive level, to gain an insight into their individual, team and organisational cultures and develop interventions that drive transformational change.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing executive level client relationships.
- Conducting in-depth assessments of individuals and groups and writing up reports. These assessments will be for a variety of different talent initiatives including high-potential identification and development, leadership development programmes, executive coaching and creating high performing teams.
- Engaging network on a regular basis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Contributing to thought leadership activities.

- Post-graduate qualification in a psychology related discipline and will ideally be Level A and B qualified with experience of using a range of psychometric tools.
- Will have experience in one or more of the following: organisational development, high potential development, executive coaching or 1:1 assessments.
- Experience in strategy around leadership and leadership development would be highly desirable alongside assessment experience.
- Strong commercial insight and ideally will have worked with senior level stakeholders in large organisations.
