Accountant - Real Estate

I have partnered with a boutique commercial property investment firm based in North London who are looking to hire an in-house accountant to join their growing team. Well established with property investments through the UK, they are now in a position where they are keen to bring the accounting in-house rather than outsourcing.

The role will be varied and broad with the initial responsibility of implementing new accounting SAP software. You will be responsible for month-end/year-end financial and management accounts, involved in audit process including presentation of audit files, VAT returns and any other finance related responsibilities.You must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience using Xero & SAP and have experience in Property/Real Estate. You will be hardworking, dilligent, details orientanted and a strong communicator. Prior experience in an SME environment would be best suited.

Salary for this opportunity is competitive and based on candidate’s experience.
