A world renowned sports and entertainment brand has a newly created requirement for a Compliance & Ethics Manager to join their Legal function in their luxurious West End based offices. Reporting into the highly experienced General Counsel, this will be a high profile role and will give incumbent the opportunity to grow and develop a function within a global business.

The firm has been developing its Code of Ethics policies and procedures for a number of years but this is the first dedicated hire in this area. This has previously been covered by legal. They're looking for an experienced candidate to develop their policies and procedures in a number of areas; hospitality, gifts & entertainment, training & development, due diligence and on-boarding.

You will manage a small team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience spanning anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and sanctions legislations and human rights legal principles from a similar commercial business.
