Job Description

A fast-growing specialist insurer based in Surrey have a newly created opportunity for an Internal Audit Manager to undertake a role in an advisory capacity sitting between Internal Audit, Operational Risk Management and the business heads. This firm have a strong market share in a number of retail insurance markets.

You will support the Head of IA to formulate and develop the audit plan and implementation strategy. The role is to provide a proactive risk based advisory services to key business areas - you will be create a 'value adding', highly respected 'Advisory Service'. You will assist the Head of IA with the Internal Audit development for the Solvency II model.

This is a key hire and you will have strong experience in working in partnership with business heads from an Audit background. You will ideally have Insurance or FS experience, but exposure to auditing within an Internal Audit function across any sector will be considered. The role will pay c.£75k.
