Job Description

There is an exciting opportunity at a boutique consultancy specialising in Public Services. Based in London (with UK travel), the role is paying up to £70,000 basic plus bonus and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will lead and support the delivery of consulting projects that provide sustainable change to organisations within various Public Service industries, including Health & Social Care, Education, Local Government and Children's Services.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Providing support across full project lifecycle; planning, design, delivery and evaluation
- Contribute to thought leadership activities to raise the company's credibility in the market
- Support proposal process and with scoping consulting projects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a consultancy or similar client facing environment.
- Significant experience in and a deep understanding of the UK Local Government landscape and challenges facing it.
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: project management; stakeholder engagement; organisation / operating model design; change management; behavioural change.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfortable modelling data and carrying out complex financial analysis.
