Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Director level consultant to lead the Organisational Change Practice at a rapidly growing boutique Management Consultancy. Based in London with global travel, the role is paying up to £140K basic plus benefits, bonus and significant potential to gain equity.

It would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is currently leading a well-established consulting practice and is looking for greater ownership at an entrepreneurial, creative company that has a serious growth agenda.


- Lead and motivate a team of experienced and highly skilled Change consultants, ensuring their skills are best utilised, they are receiving opportunities to develop and progress and are feeling inspired and empowered by a collaborative effort to grow the business
- Lead small teams on major business or organisational transformation programmes focussing on OD, Change Management and Communications & Engagement projects
- Pursue leads, generate sales with new as well as existing clients in order to grow the practice.
- Drive the development of innovative thought leadership materials in order to elevate the status of the Change practice in the market

Experience Required:

- Proven experience leading the full consulting lifecycle from assessment through to implementation for large-scale, complex transformation programmes
- Extensive relevant experience in an established consulting firm
- Specialist experience in Organisational Change Management including organisation design and development. Preferably within Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing or Engineering sectors
- Successful track record of selling Change Management work in the UK and Europe, utilising own network to bring in new clients
- Strong academic background - preferably postgrad / MBA
