Job Description

There is a fantastic opportunity at a FTSE100 company to join their high performing HR function as an OE Analyst. This role is paying c. £60,000 and is based in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Headcount and employment costs reporting: working across all group functions providing analysis and commentary for the HRD as well as function heads.
- Organisational efficiency: benchmark and analyse the group functions organisation providing insight on how to improve efficiency and then delivering those improvements when signed off by the HRD.
- Budgeting process: working alongside Finance teams, ensuring right data is being used to calculate headcount budgets. Supporting HRD with annual budgets and interim forecasting cycles.

- Highly analytical with strong numeracy skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence and ability to challenge and influence senior level stakeholders
- HR experience will be highly beneficial and knowledge or experience of organisation design / operating models.
