A leading international bank has a number of fantastic opportunities for senior HR Business Partners to join their team in London. You will be responsible for leading the strategic people agenda across your business area, during an exciting period of change and growth.

The role is paying up to £110k plus excellent benefits and bonus.

Key responsibilities:
- Building relationships and engaging with key stakeholders (up to C-Suite level) to understand HR priorities and risks and make recommendations on specialist interventions
- Ensuring the bank is futureproof by proactively anticipating broader changes / factors that may impact the business and planning accordingly
- Partnering with talent management colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions to senior leadership and advising senior Executives on all people related and HR technology matters

Requirements:
- Proven success as a Senior HRBP or Head of role in a smaller firm
- CIPD or equivalent qualification
- Proven strategic experience with the ability to influence at Executive level
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects as well as oversee BAU activities
- Previous experience within Retail Banking or Financial Services is desirable
