Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior People & Change Consultant with specific experience within Financial Services to join a prestigious global Management Consultancy. Based in London, the role is paying up to £85K basic plus benefits and bonus.


- Designing and implementing innovative change solutions that engage stakeholders and effectively enables desired culture and behavioural changes.
- Taking the lead on small to medium sized projects within the financial services industry, effectively managing consultant and client teams and providing coaching and training support where necessary.
- Specific solutions may include Change Management, Talent & Performance Management, Learning and Leadership Development, HR Strategy & Organisation Design based on candidate's expertise.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to extend and develop new business.


- Must have consulting experience within a reputable Management Consultancy or will have held internal consulting roles in FS organisations.
- Experienced in the design and delivery of People Change projects and programmes and will have in-depth experience in one or more of the following: Talent Management, Learning / Leadership Development, HR Strategy & Organisation Design, Change Management.
- Commercially minded with an ability and passion for presenting new and creative ideas to clients and colleagues.
