Job Description

There is a fantastic new opportunity for a talent and learning professional to join a global industrials company and help support the delivery of their talent management strategy. Based in London, the role is paying up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Working closely with the Director of Talent, the Talent & Learning Manager will be responsible for supporting the business's growth through the development of its people.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct training needs analysis and provide recommendations on appropriate assessment methods and tools to inform targeted development.
- Identify skills gaps and design bespoke development programmes to fill these gaps for relevant individuals.
- Design, develop and facilitate in-house training courses as well as sourcing and managing relationships with external providers.

Candidate requirements:

- Recognised HR Management, Talent or L&D qualification is highly desirable as well as certified Level A & Level B practitioner.
- Full training life-cycle experience targeted at all levels within an organisation, including Managers and Senior Managers.
- Experience of the 9 Box Grid approach, leadership development and succession planning.
