Job Description

This is a newly created role at a leading Media company to lead the development of various talent management initiatives and build organisational capability. Based in London, the role is paying circa. £55,000 plus benefits and bonus.

Responsibilities:

- End to end implementation of new Talent Management and Data System and oversees the roll out of performance management.
- Owns talent and performance strategy including diversity, high potential development, talent attraction and retention.
- Provides expertise in assessment and coaching tools and talent analytics.
- Supports HR in the coordination of large scale HR projects and works with HR managers to design talent development plans supporting the organisation's succession plan.
- Helps ensure the strategic positioning of L&D.

Requirements:

- Extensive Learning & Leadership experience, ideally in both in-house and consultancy roles.
- Experience implementing performance management systems and performance consulting.
- Will ideally be a Learning subject matter expert, however have broader experience encompassing change, talent and performance management.
- Must be proactive with a hands on approach.
